Examination and Promotion
1. The examinations will be held as per the following dates.
First examination : 14 September
Annual examination : March 1st (May be changed in special circumstances)
2. The progress report of the above examination is sent immediately after the examination to the parents for information and signature. The result obtained at the end of the session is final and there is no modification in it at any cost. Answer copies of the annual examination are given for verification.
3. A student who fails twice in the annual examination from the same class is expelled from the school.
4. The Principal may disqualify any student from taking the annual examination for the following reasons.
(i) Constant negligence in studies.
(ii) Excessive absence without reason.
(iii) Absence from examination.
(iv) Abuse of fellow students teachers or other staff members.
(v) Interchange with the numbers recorded in the progress report.
